Starting off the year with a blast was the 2007 Cuba St Carnival in February.

As their official photographer, I worked the streets - so to speak - for the two days of the event, and tried to be everywhere at once.

On the main stage, New Caledonian band Kalaga'la kicked off Saturday morning with style.
